Gowns are priced $300–$600 and must be paid in full at the time of purchase
No payment plans, deposits, or holds
All gowns are final sale
Gowns are sold as-is (sample condition)
Appointments are 45 minutes
Maximum of two guests per bride
A non-refundable appointment fee is required to book
no limit on the amount of dresses purchased by one person

Alterations are not provided, but we can recommend trusted local seamstresses.
▸ How long are appointments?
Appointments are 45 minutes.

A maximum of two guests is allowed.

All gowns are designer samples or Private Label and sold as-is.
▸ Can I return or exchange my gown?
No. All gowns purchased during this event are final sale.
▸ Can I take my gown home the same day?
Yes. All gowns are available for immediate take-home.
▸ Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Appointments are required and must be reserved with a non-refundable appointment fee.
▸ Is this event right for me?

NON-REFUNDABLE 14-HOUR SALE RESERVATION FEE
This reservation fee secures a limited-availability appointment for Sweetheart Bridal’s 14-Hour Sale and compensates for dedicated stylist time, loss of availability to other clients, and boutique operational costs.
ALL RESERVATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
No refunds, credits, or charge reversals will be issued for cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to attend for any reason.
By submitting payment, you expressly authorize this charge, acknowledge that the service is reserved immediately upon payment, and waive any right to dispute or initiate a chargeback for this transaction.
